Healthy Challenge Visual

I still can't figure out how to scan a photo so there are no photos on this blog.  I have trouble tracking the water I drink daily.  So, I created an easy way to remember and keep track.  On my kitchen window sill (where I go to refill my glass with water) I set up a stack of pennies.  Every time I drink 8 oz. I move a penny to the right stack. When the left stack is depleted I know I have had 48 oz of water that day!  Simple and effective.

Also I printed out (at Costco because I haven't figured out how to do it at home) a photo of me at my heaviest and put it on my mirror to remind me where I have been and do not want to return!
